Integrated property services provider, Glad Group has recognised this, and BC Consulting developed a bespoke training package, relevant to operations within the Australian property and resource management sector.

On 16th May 2023, Bel and Glad Group’s National ESG Manager, Nina Collinson trained over 30 people across Australia and NZ, on best practice waste and recycling management.
Attendees from security, cleaning, and maintenance joined, to learn about best practice waste management and recycling principles. The training provided important knowledge and understanding to ensure all Glad Group’s teams are best placed to offer insights and guidance to their customers, when supporting the achievements of their own waste management targets and goals.
The initial session will be complimented by a further program of onsite training, focusing on specific streams and opportunities in waste avoidance, reuse and improved recycling.Â
